When working, the weighing principle of the electronic forklift scale
August 01, 2022
The electronic forklift scale is a weighing and measuring instrument for weighing loading materials during the loading process of the loading equipment. Electronic forklift scales can provide the cumulative value of the material being weighed and the printed list. The electronic forklift scale is an on-vehicle weighing device that integrates with the on-board mechanical control section to realize weighing in on-board travel. It uses a proximity switch to monitor the pre-determined weighing position to convert the hydraulic pressure into the weight of the bucket's internal load and achieve the weighing. It has two different modes of operation: the target mode and the accumulation mode. According to the operator's choice, the load can be automatically accumulated or it can be subtracted from the target setting.
Electronic forklift weighing principle:
1 ton electronic forklift truck scale is based on two pressure sensors installed in the vehicle's boom cylinder inlet and return oil, measuring the pressure change of the cylinder during the lifting of the vehicle boom, and adjust the speed, in the vehicle instrumentation The central processor automatically calculates the weight data and displays the resulting weight on the meter screen. During the lifting process of the dump truck, the pressure sensor transmits the signal to the computer for data conversion processing. After the locomotive scoops, the boom is immediately retracted to the starting point, and the forklift electronic scale instantly displays the weight of the cargo; when the locomotive dumps the cargo, The cumulative weight is displayed on the screen; when the tipping bucket descends at the starting point, the total weight of the goods is displayed on the screen.
