Automobile exhaust pollution has become a major source of air pollution. The development of new energy vehicles has become a common aspiration of mankind: zero pollution, renewable energy, material recycling, and intelligent transportation. With the clearing of national policy guidance and the active support of local governments, the rapid development of the new energy automobile industry has become an inevitable trend, and will eventually promote the pure electricization of the automobile industry. As an important part of the whole vehicle, axle products are also Will follow the development trend of the entire vehicle electrification.
Policy Guidance In the past two years, the "Energy Conservation Medium and Long-Term Special Plan" and other plans have emphasized that it is necessary to vigorously develop electric vehicles and parts and supporting infrastructure. In March 2012, the National Ministry of Science and Technology organized and issued the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” for the development of electric vehicle technology. The key task of the “12th Five-Year” electric vehicle technology development is to focus on electric vehicle technology innovation and industrial development. The three major demands continue to adhere to the R&D layout of “three verticals and three horizontals”, highlighting the key technologies of “three horizontals” and focus on the research, improvement, deepening and upgrading of key component technologies, vehicle integration technologies and public platform technologies. Formed the strategic focus and task layout of “three horizontals, three verticals and three major platforms”.
As of June 2012, 25 demonstration cities have promoted approximately 16,000 energy-saving and new-energy vehicles. Demonstrate the promotion of new energy vehicles (including pure electric, plug-in / extended-range, fuel cells) more than 8,000 vehicles, construction and installation of various types of charging stations, charging piles more than 10,000.
The 23 batches of “Recommended Models for Energy Saving and New Energy Vehicle Demonstration and Application Projects” jointly issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Science and Technology are included in 61 new energy vehicle manufacturers and 271 new energy vehicle products. Some domestic auto backbone enterprises have formulated clear new energy vehicle product development plans. State Grid Corporation, Putian Group, Petrochemical, Petroleum and other major state-owned enterprises have stepped in to participate in the national new energy vehicle development strategy to ensure the supply of electric vehicles.
The huge market for key components of electric vehicles will bring new opportunities. In 2010, the Ministry of Science and Technology compiled the “12th Five-Year Plan for Electric Vehicle Technology Development” (referred to as “Planning”) and launched the “Key Technology Special Project for Electric Vehicles”. The implementation of the "Planning", the project start-up capital of nearly 1.2 billion yuan, more than half of which support the industrialization technology innovation of emerging parts enterprises. Development needs of the vehicle market (1) Environmental demand? China's automobile ownership has been increasing, and automobile exhaust pollution has become a major source of air pollution. According to the data, automobile exhaust emissions are one of the main culprits caused by smog. City buses are mainly diesel vehicles, and they are mainly operated in urban areas for a long time. They have long mileage and large fuel consumption. They are one of the main sources of atmospheric particulates in the city; automobile exhaust emissions account for 85% of atmospheric pollution. It is imperative to control air pollution, reduce emissions and improve air quality. The CO2 emissions of automobiles in countries around the world are as shown in Figure 1. In order to reduce the impact of automobiles on global warming, national emission standards are constantly being upgraded to reduce the environmental impact of CO2 emissions from vehicles (see Figure 2).
