1. Brake valve adjustment 1) The balance spring pre-tensioning should be 300-350N, adjust, the increase or decrease the gasket between the spring and the bushing to be adjusted. 2) The distance between the intake valve and the stem head is generally 16-16.4mm. If the distance is too small valve opening is not enough, the head can be repaired with brazed stem; if the distance is too large, the inlet valve closed lax and leaks, you can file the stem of the head. 3) exhaust valve adjustment. The distance between the exhaust valve housing and the stem head should be (4.5 ± 0.5) mm. In the adjustment, increase or decrease the exhaust valve housing and brake adjustment between the gasket, to be adjusted. 4) pedal free travel adjustment. Adjustable brake valve arm free stroke adjustment screw, the stroke of 1-3mm. Screw into the free travel reduced, and vice versa increases. 2. Brake Room Inspection and Repair 1) Brake chamber diaphragm cracks, deformation or aging loss of elasticity, it should be replaced. 2) The brake chamber spring has obvious deformation, bending, it should be replaced. Two brake chamber spring tension should be consistent, or should be adjusted. 3) Putter bending, platen on the putter loose, it should be repaired. Putting fork pin hole wear, should be surfacing repair. 4) After the brake chamber is installed, the push rod should not protrude part of more than 40mm, push rod stroke of 20-40mm. Brake room work, should be flexible movement without block phenomenon, and should not leak. 3. Wheel brake 1) brake cam, camshaft and bearing journal wear, can be surfacing after repair repair. 2) Wheel brake shoe clearance adjustment: Turn the camshaft so that the shoe top and brake hub clearance of 0.4mm. Turn the adjustment worm on the brake camshaft adjustment arm so that the clearance between the friction plate and the brake hub is reduced to 0.4 mm. When adjusting the lower end of the hoof, first loosen the shoe shaft lock nut and turn the shoe shaft until the clearance between the lower end of the shoe and the brake hub is 0.2-0.6 mm, then tighten the lock nut.
