Established in 1921 as a one-person company near Waddenzee in the north of the Netherlands. There are many companies in the north, mainly dealing with local agriculture. So the company developed into a contracting company and bulldozer rental company, engaged in maintenance business, and developed and produced new machines and machine parts. After that, the scope of business expanded to develop and produce customer-specific equipment. In 1980, the company stopped all bulldozer operations and since then has shifted its focus to machine manufacturing. The knowledge and experience gained in machine building enabled the company to develop two new major businesses: sheet metal processing and the production of forklift attachments. Since November 2000, MSE has obtained sales and marketing rights from KOOI BV. Now MSE is responsible for the telescopic fork business and is responsible for the transport of the telescopic fork.
